Hard drive died (after 30 days use) and had to replaced it. Tradesim will not register. How can I fix?

TradeSim kicks me to the registration screen, I follow the instructions using the key previously emailed me and it says it works but doesn't seem to take and doesn't let me use TradeSim.

resubmit your license details to me again so I can generate a new key for you.

Thanks. I sent the information to: TS_registration@compuvision.com.au.
I have my operating system on the F drive and Metastock on the C drive
and TradeSim on the F drive. Could this be part of the problem?

I can delete and reinstall TradeSim on the drive that has Metastock "C" if you think
this is the problem?

Yes install it on the same drive as MetaStock.

Reinstalling on The C drive did not do any better unless you have to do something on your side. Would you like to see the deploy.log?
