Can TradeSim handle point and figure backtesting and optimization?

The real question should be does Metastock allow you to generate your Entry and Exit signals using Point & Figure charting? If the answer is 'Yes' then you can test it using TradeSim with all the advantages that TradSim offers compared to the system tester that is available in Metastock.

No it cant.

There isnt a software that can including Trading Recipies.
