TS Registration

I imported TS V3.0.0. on Thursday night, and put a registration request in approx 22.45 . As at this morning when I left for work, I still haven't received an email with the registration code. How long should this take? I have had problems with previous registration code requests, so maybe it is the same problem? Unfortunately there is no obvious sign to tell whether the request has or hasn't been received at your end.

David, my machine is also due to have replacement 8mb cache drives fitted in the next week. Will this affect the application, when the data is imaged from the old to new drives. If the application is affected, I may wait till the hardware changes are complete, before re-registering the product.

With regards to your harddisk I would recommend that you register after you have purchased and installed your new harddisk.

My drives have now been replaced.

In respect of the registration codes I provide you for registration, do I
a) provide you with the registration numbers currently showing on the imaged drives, or
b) do I need to repeat the installation process. (Will this change the registration numbers?)

If (b) will this involve a complete Un-install, then install?
