You may not be aware but we have recently moved web hosting to a new provider. :D
With our previous web hosting provider, on many occassions requests for license keys went unabated because the formmail cgi script which we were using was found to be unreliable and a lot of license key requests just weren't getting through to us :evil:. Nobody at the previous hosting service could help in this matter nor could they suggest anything at all to remedy this annoying and embarrassing problem :cry: and this had been going on for at least two years.
When we moved the website over to Kylix Hosting ( www.kylixhost.com ) not only was the service a lot cheaper, and offered a lot "bigger bang for the buck", but it was orders of magnitudes better in that the staff bent over backwards to help, so much so that not only was Kylix Hosting able to help us transfer everything across and get it up and running in minimal time but they also substituted and reconfigured a much more reliable mail script which now appears to be 100% reliable. :wink:
We can also now run our new license server which we are beta testing at the moment. Something that we couldn't do with our old host.
