I have been using Enterprise Edition only a few months. (so I don't claim to know what I am doing ) I print my explorations and index them together with their key results data manually entered into a spreadsheet to compare easily.
It would be nice to have an equity curve for the Monte Carlo results. I guess it would be derived from the mean of the run data. Perhaps it could be wide and fuzzy like the scatter diagrams which are so effective in showing the mean and spread of the Monte Carlo runs.
The issue is to get one best picture that gives a good first check.
A problem is being swamped by so many numbers all then multiplied by the number of simulations run. All are useful but some more appropriate than others for a first rough system check.
I find myself looking at only about 5 lines in the MonteCarlo report most of the time. So another idea could be to have a tick box against each report line so the user could set a default report containing those results of immediate interest to him. Would be nice to then cut and paste this short custom user report data straight to my spreadsheet.
Hope this input is useful if at all practical to do.
Thanks for a really great program
Brian.
