Transferring computers at time of upgrade?

Hi,

I am using Version 3.0.0 and want to upgrade to 4.x.x. I am also intending to switch computers. Can I simply install to a new computer when I upgrade?

I know you are rightfully sensitive to multiple computer use of the product. My intent would be to stop using TradeSim on the first machine and use new version on the new machine only.

Can you suggest the best approach?
