If you have developed and tested a whizz bang trading system that you would like to share with others then why not post it here for the benefit of others. However please note the following disclaimer:-

David.

As an avid Fan of Tradesim and of the tireless work you have put into tradesim---I hope that I maybe able to help others in their endeavor
to become profitable in Trading.

As You know with your help (Tradesim) and that of many others we set out to see if it was actually possible to develope a longer term systematic trading methodology and trade it live on the net.

We have been doing this now for 10mths and have succeeded in a 15% return currently which is 45% return on our investment trading Margin of 30K(Current capital $115K or 15K on the 100K available)

In less than favorable times.

There are lenghty posts on REEFCAP explaining both developement and current trading.

This is NOT the only method I know of which is profitable.
OPM and STEVE on the same forum have designed a very good weekly method using Bollingerbands as a base.

This post is not meant to "Inflate our own ego" rather to encourage others to persue their ideas and show how powerful and invaluable your software can be.Infact the method "Techtrader v2" has performed almost exactly as the backtesting said it would. It is not presented as "THE" method but rather as "A" method as an example or blueprint of sorts for others to follow. :D

At time of posting there are only 2 of us here plus David.
Im hopeful the word will get out that Tradesim users infact all serious Systematic Traders and Developers have a NO NONSENCE place to share ideas and offer feedback for future and better systems developement to David who Im certain will continually strive to have Tradesim remain the best it can possibly be.

Congratulations DAVID

Hello John,

Thanks for your comments they are always welcome.

I have not officially launched the forum as I am in the process of testing it just to see how it runs so thanks for inviting others as anyone is welcome here.

It is good to see others having some success in trading in these particularly depressed times. One thing that using TradeSim has taught me and others is that there are no get rich quick schemes in the share market and patience is a virtue because a successful trading system requires commitment and dedication in order to reap any rewards.

Cheers and goodluck with your trading.
