Hi David...

Is there a place where I can get a list of ALL the commands in the plugin?

Of course there's the Users Manual, but from time to time other commands
are used in examples. I would like to have a list of all the plugin commands
available.

Yes have a look on pages 85-86 of the User Manual. There is a table which summarizes all of the functions.
